MESTA

PARK

This home had been chopped up into four sections for apartment quarters in the recent past. When this renovation began research was the first step to retrieve the true historical facts for the restoration.

The structure of the home was stale and sound. It needed only plumbing and electrical upgrades before beginning the interior restoration. Plan was restored with the original parlor, and open stained oak stairway to second floor four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The living area separated from the large wood beamed  dining room with a pair of 2'6" x 8' Cherry wood pocket doors. Dining room now open to the new enlarged kitchen.
